information about that particular
dog including their adoption fee.
PLEASE CLICK HERE TO READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND
BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND IT COMPLETELY BEFORE SUBMITTING
AN ADOPTION APPLICATION. Please also understand that an approved
application is just the FIRST STEP and I reserve the right to deny an
applicant if after meeting them, I deam the adoption is not a good match.
Meeting the adopter in person is the best way for me to determine if it is a
good match or not. If in person you are denied adoption, any deposit you
may have placed will be refunded.
Why do puppies have higher adoption fees than the adult dogs?
Puppies have higher adoption fees to help cover for the older, less
desirable dogs who have much lower adoption fees which we don't even
break even on. Their adoption fees rarely cover their care and surgeries
so the puppies allow us to take in those needy dogs as opposed to
turning them away for certain gassing at the pound. It is important to
understand that adoption fees go towards the care of ALL the dogs in
rescue, not just that particular dog.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE ADOPTION FEE, THEN PLEASE
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR ADOPTION.
NOTE: Snowball has been moved to the
abuse/neglect page but since some are having
trouble getting to the page to get her update, I will
post it here for awhile longer.
Snowball has a very long story and therefore
needs a page of her own. She has gone to her
new home and I will keep her page updated with
current information. Click Here to go to
Snowball's page.

For those of you who are visiting the site for the first time, see all these purebred puppymill dogs with higher adoption fees and
now think you're an expert on me and my website, please pay attention. I took in several puppymill dogs all at once which
anyone who knows me knows this to be true. However, for the last 6 weeks prior, all I had was 8 sick pound dogs whose
adoption fee was only $50, two of which I waived. Obviously $50 did not cover their expenses especially since it took me 4
weeks to get them well enough to adopt. So please watch the site for an extended period of time so that you can get the bigger
picture and actually have an educated opinion. I'm not a breeder and have never bred a dog before in my life. Again, you need to
know me and watch my site regularly to know what you're talking about. Its very simple, if you don't like the adoption fee, don't
adopt. These pups will cover for many other dogs and will also provide many necessities that the rescue needs. The adoption
fee is the only source of income for the rescue.
