Hold & Deposit Information
HOLD POLICY:
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS HOLD/DEPOSIT
POLICY BEFORE SUBMITTING A DEPOSIT.
In an effort to avoid disappointed adopters, a dog
can be held for up to 7 days with a
NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $100.
WE WILL NOT HOLD A DOG WITHOUT A
DEPOSIT. Also please do not expect a dog
to be held simply because you have
expressed interest and/or submitted an
application. We reserve the right to adopt a
dog to whatever home we feel is best suited
for him/her.
A deposit would need to be made via paypal
using your paypal account or if you do not have an
account, any major credit card or a debit card. No
dog will be held until a deposit is received.
Deposits can also be made in person as
applicable.
If the dog is not picked up within 7 days, it will be
placed back on the adoption page and the
deposit will be forfeited. Once a deposit is made,
that dog is now being held for you and other
prospective adopters will be turned away;
therefore, should you change your mind within
those 7 days, the deposit is nonrefundable.
HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT:
To make a deposit, I send a paypal request from
the rescue's account to your email address. You
would then receive an email from paypal with
instructions on how to complete the transaction.
The process is very simple and does not require
you to have a paypal account. We do NOT
accept personal checks.
